All of a sudden, I have this urge to go to Baguio. Having just survived a "hell week", I wanted to go someplace where I can relax without the heat and pressures of life in the Metro. Sad to say, I couldn't do it these days. Hopefully, I can manage to squeeze in even a 3-day trip trip to Baguio this coming October.
One thing I always loved about Baguio is the market where I can buy the freshest and most beautiful flowers at the cheapest price. I remember buying one dozen of fresh red roses for only ten pesos (about 2 years ago). Whenever I go to Baguio, I always bring home flowers. Some people say that its a crazy habit because I can easily buy them here ar Dangwa or any flower shop, but for me a trip to Baguio without flowers isn't complete.
Shown here is the rose I received from J last month.
